CMH Architects Power Center Projects: Carriage Crossing Marketplace
Developed by Jim Wilson and Associates in 2008, Carriage Crossing MarketPlace is located in Collierville, Tennessee. It includes 188,500 square feet of retail, plus four outparcels, on 27 acres of land. Anchor tenants include Sports Authority, Circuit City, Ross Dress for Less, Old Navy, and Petco. Use of locally-prevalent materials such as brick and cast stone helped the project meet the stringent design guidelines that were enforced by the local jurisdiction. It also complements the architecture of the adjacent Avenue Carriage Crossing, also designed by CMH Architects.
