CMH Architects Lifestyle Center Projects: The Summit Sierra - Reno
The Summit Sierra, developed by Bayer Properties, is located in the rapidly growing area of south Reno. The site is at the intersection of South Virginia Street and Mt. Rose Highway with the Sierra Nevada Mountains as a back drop on the west side. This lifestyle center of 660,000 SF includes a 110,000 SF Dillard’s and a 60,000 SF theater. The design incorporates native materials including stone and stucco. The hardscape design is inviting to shoppers and serves to connect the various buildings. Hardscape features include landscaping, decorative paving, fountains and street lamps.
