The lifestyle center features four buildings centered around a mainstreet. The plaza area between two of the buildings is highlighted by an interactive fountain and seating walls. Large fiberglass pelicans are perched on the parapet of two of the buildings overlooking the plaza. Design features include a pastel color pallet accented with bright glazed tile patterns. The project was developed by Colonial Properties.
