CMH Architects Religious Projects: Faith Promise Church

Working with Myrick Gurosky and Associates as part of a design-build team, CMH is currently designing a 2,000 seat worship center and classroom addition to Faith Promise Church. The addition will include a 25 foot high commons area which also connects to the existing facility. Included in the commons area are a book store, café, lounge and a two story children’s play area visible from the commons/lobby area. The worship center will contain approximately 1,000 stadium seats and 1,000 movable seats, allowing flexibility for the main floor to be used for fellowship functions. The stage will feature a full working fly loft and other facilities for various stage and audio/video productions. CMH provided master-planning for the entire campus which totals approximately 50 acres. This phase will include approximately 56,000 SF of building area and 890 parking spaces. Major building materials include Tilt-up concrete panels and masonry, along with generous areas of glass to take advantage of the dramatic mountain views.
