Synovus Bank consolidated their banking offices from four different buildings into one new office building, also designed by CMH. The Scope of work included programming, setting new corporate office standards, space planning, design, construction documents, bidding/negotiation and construction administration. The final design included executive offices, boardroom, administrative areas, kitchen, dining room and systems furniture and all MPE.
