Due to a combination of existing lease renewal dates and new space turnover availability, El Paso had less than 8 months to program design and construct their new 90,000 SF office space. The project which included offices, support spaces, specialty equipment rooms and gas control rooms was fast tracked by the Owner, Architect and Contractor from the start in order to deliver the project on the ambitious schedule.
