CMH Architects Corporate Financial Projects: CapitalSouth Bank Headquarters
This project included a complete interior renovation and exterior face-lift of the headquarters building for CapitalSouth Bank. The two-story, 29,000 square foot building in Homewood, Alabama, includes a branch bank on the first floor. This retail space was updated with new offices and tellers in a contemporary style to coincide with the other phases of renovation. Through careful space planning and phasing, construction was orchestrated to insure a seamless relocation of bank personnel, redistribution of offices and upgrades for telecommunications. The headquarters and branch bank remained operational throughout the process.
