The project scope included the removal of part of the exterior monumental stair to the main entrance on second level as well as creating a new main entrance to the 1st level entry that is accessible and will provide security control for the general public. The interior renovation included creating a new public lobby, and the relocation and general renovation of approximately 30,000 SF of office space for the Finance Department. The exterior renovation includes two new entrances, a new plaza and a new fountain.
